Rest in Peace
Part of the work of Everton FC Heritage Society is to conduct grave rededications and restorations for notable former players and club officials, such as Alex ‘Sandy’ Young, Will Cuff, George Harrison, Jeremiah Kelly and Alec Brady.
Another is Andrew Hannah, captain of our first League Championship-winning team of 1891, his new headstone pictured below with Everton’s Ian Snodin and researcher Tony Onslow of Everton FC Heritage Society.
The Society has a sub-group dedicated to the work of research and organising the restorations and rededication services. We are grateful to Everton FC who have actively supported this work in the past, and have also attended services.
Articles have been written by members about each rededication. Click the image above to view.

Anfield Cemetery Booklet
A booklet has been produced by Jamie Yates of the Society, with support from Tony Onslow and Rob Sawyer, detailing the known staff and players of Everton Football Club who have been laid to rest in Anfield Cemetery.
